Grantscape is working with ørsted formerly dong energy to develop and help manage community benefit funds for their off shore wind projects in liverpool bay the irish sea off the cumbria coastline and the north sea off the yorkshire lincolnshire and north norfolk coastline.

The fund is made possible by dong energy which is developing the walney extension offshore wind farm off the walney island coast in cumbria. Applications for grants of between 500 and 75 000 from the main fund must be from community and environmental organisations located in coastal community areas in areas stretching between fleetwood in lancashire to seascale in cumbria.
