Dometic Electric Awning Won T Extend

I went to retract it last night and it wont move.

I believe the lights dim due to the awning being wired into interior slide lights. You go to bring in your power awning and it doesn t work.

When the interior button is pushed i hear a click by the awning motor louder click when hitting retract and the lights in the slide dim but it won t extend. Its to prevent it from accidentally extending across the roof when you are traveling. What do you do.
